My legal experience has spanned 30+ years, two states and thousands of clients. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Nebraska College of Law, I have represented clients charged with everything from Driving Under the Influence to Shoplifting to Assault to Murder. I appeared on the CBS news program "48 Hours", and am the former President of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association (NCDAA). I have argued cases before the Nebraska Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and am a member of the Nebraska State Bar, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Federal Court.
